Refunds
1. Payments are non-refundable
Ashq is a monthly subscription to a content system. Your onboarding, brand sheet review, idea generation, footage reviews and edits begin as soon as you join, so the time and work behind each billing period is committed from day one. For that reason we don't offer refunds or credits for:
- any billing period, in full or in part, including the first month;
- a change of mind, or deciding you no longer need content;
- edits, ideas or other parts of the service you didn't use in a billing period;
- results such as views, followers, leads or sales, which depend on many things outside our control;
- delays caused by footage, information or approvals we're waiting on from you.
2. If something on our side breaks
If a fault on our side, such as the client portal being down or our editing pipeline stopping, means you can't use the system for more than 48 hours in a row, we extend your subscription by the full time it was unavailable, at no cost. Extensions are given as additional days of service, not as money back.
This doesn't cover outages at services we don't control (Instagram, Meta, Google Drive, Fathom and similar), your own internet or devices, or planned maintenance we've told you about in advance.
3. If you're not happy with an edit
Leave your notes in the portal. We revise the edit until it matches the brief you gave us. Revisions are how we put an edit right. They don't make it eligible for a refund.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time before your next billing date: in the portal, go to Profile → Cancel subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund the rest of a period you cancel part-way through.
5. Chargebacks
If you think you've been charged in error, contact us first and we'll look into it straight away. If a chargeback is raised for a service that was delivered, we may pause your account while it's resolved.
6. Using the system
Your subscription is for your own business. You can use the system, and the content it makes, to grow your brand and your business. You may not resell, sublicense, white-label or share the Ashq system, your portal access, or our ideas, scripts and workflows with anyone else, or offer them as part of a service to your own clients.
If we find the system being resold or shared, we may suspend or end your access straight away, without a refund, and we may take legal action to recover our losses.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have by law that can't be excluded.
7. Results disclaimer
Ashq makes no promise that you will get any particular number of views, followers, leads or sales, or earn any particular amount, or anything at all. The client, video and numbers in our demo video and on our website are illustrative examples, not real results. Any results we share from real clients are their own experience: they are not typical and are not a guarantee or forecast of yours. Cost comparisons are estimates of typical market rates. What you get depends on your offer, your market, how often you film and how you put the system to work.
8. No affiliation
Ashq is not part of, or endorsed by, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok or Fathom. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
